We are caught in the doldrums of Tico time. Some talk but no action. Nicaragua or no Nicaragua that is one question.
The rafting trip was a bit of a non event, wrong river for leisurely spotting wildlife, the Corobici River, too much water not enough crocodiles.
“There by that log.” Or some such or “There’s a bat” or “… a monkey” or fill in the blank. We were moving much to fast to get photos or to really see much more than trees and water.
Just P & P and the nice guide, Lazaro. It was pleasant enough, but we really wanted to see crocodiles as in ‘The African Queen’ or on ‘Animal Planet’ or like our neighbors saw on their river trip.
Eventually we merged with the Tenorio river and a number of other rafts.
